SHOULD we implement the 15seconds MAHJONG rule??

As we all know(maybe not to some), there is a grand total of 144 tiles in a set of mahjong.

Suo zi - 36 tiles
Wan zi - 36 tiles
Tong zi - 36 tiles
Dong Nan Xi Bei - four each which makes it 16 tiles
Big cards - hong zhong, qing fa, bai ban - four each which makes 12 tiles
Flower - 8 tiles

Do your math and you'll get 144 tiles.

Lets say,
the game starts with players receiving 13 tiles each. with an additional tile for the ZHUANG.
it eliminates, 144 - ( 13 x 4 ) - 1 = 91 tiles left to draw.

91 tiles leaving 15 tiles that are supposed to be (untouchable) = 76 tiles to "touch" or we say, "muo" in mandarin.

WELL.
i'll just take a probability that we wont be playing till all the way till the end in order to win.

With an assumption that there will be a winner 70 % through the game, which is,

76 x 0.70 = 53.2 = 53rd card. <---- (someone will win)

It will take, (WITH MY 15 SECONDS RULE that is)
53 x 15 seconds = 795 seconds = 13.25 minutes to finish a game. = 13 minutes (round down)

13 minutes x 16 = 208 minutes. = 3 hours and 28 minutes = 3.5 hours per mahjong game. (with my rule)

WHAT IF. WE DIDN'T IMPLEMENT THIS 15 seconds rule?

Say, we giv eukgin all the time he needs, erm. double the time k. 30 seconds?

53 x 30 seconds = 1590 seconds = 26.5 minutes per game
26 mins x 16 = 416 minutes = 6.9 HOURS = whooooopping GRAND TOTAL OF 7 hours and COUNTING OK!

P.S: AND THE ABOVE did not include rearranging of tiles, stacking of tiles, toilet breaks etc.

Now eukgin, do u submit to the rule or not???
